Role

You will work closely with the Project Lead and be responsible for the implementation of the project by coordinating and collaborating with partner organizations and stakeholders across Pune, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the project team and oversee daily activities.
  • Plan and coordinate with government departments and state administration officials as needed.
  • Maintain good rapport with stakeholders to coordinate implementation and showcase progress.
  • Devise support structures for effective project implementation involving different stakeholders.
  • Find, onboard, and support human resources to drive implementation and project satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess implementation progress and barriers, work with teams to devise solutions, and send timely reports and communication to all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and organize meetings with organizations and experts for coordination, capacity building, and implementation strategy.
  • Ensure timely documentation of the progress of project activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in project management.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to train volunteers.
  • Research and data orientation for implementation and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments under time constraints.
  • Well versed with Google Workspace / MS Office and related tools.
  • Comfort with communication in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati.
