Role

Saptrishi Foundation is hiring a Project Manager to lead programme execution, coordinate with government departments, oversee beneficiary engagement, and support organisational initiatives for persons with disabilities. The role involves office-based work as well as field coordination with stakeholders and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of programmes that help Divyang beneficiaries access government schemes and services.
  • Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and project partners.
  • Engage with beneficiaries, understand needs, and support the execution of the organisation’s model.
  • Oversee data reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and organisational standards.
  • Utilise required software tools and digital systems for reporting and coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the disability sector.
  • Experience working with government departments or welfare systems.
  • Strong understanding of disability services, schemes, and sector-specific processes.
  • Good knowledge of data reporting systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to manage timelines, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and work independently.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
  • Strong commitment to working with persons with disabilities and supporting community needs.
