Role
The Proposal Development Associate plays a vital role in helping our organization grow. You will be responsible for creating high-quality written proposals and documents that allow us to win new projects and continue our impactful work in the development sector.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand tender documents to identify what the client needs.
- Attend meetings to clarify project requirements before submitting proposals.
- Create and customize expert CVs to match the needs of specific projects.
- Write engaging content for the organization’s profile to showcase our expertise.
- Draft winning project proposals within set deadlines.
- Handle various English writing tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in any field (MBA in Marketing is preferred).
- Exceptional written English skills, including strong grammar and composition.
- Tech-savvy with a good command of basic computer applications and internet research.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple writing tasks effectively.
