Raatai is an innovative social enterprise and craft-tech startup dedicated to reviving the ancient art of handloom weaving through modern, accessible technology. Founded by Kalaiyarasi Ramachandran, an IT professional turned entrepreneur, Raatai bridges the gap between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary well-being. We design and manufacture portable DIY handloom kits that empower individuals—from children as young as three to senior citizens—to experience the meditative and creative joy of weaving.
