Research Analyst - Project Execution in AMS, Lucknow/Delhi | ₹9 LPA

Location: Lucknow/Delhi, India
Experience: 2 years in social sector research or consulting
Compensation: ₹75,000 /month

Role

You will join the Project Execution Unit to focuses on designing tools, training field staff, and analysing data to ensure our research projects are successful.

Responsibilities

• Create a research framework and develop study tools based on the research goals.
• Create training materials for field staff and provide training for data collection.
• Oversee data quality and address any technical questions from the field.
• Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, PowerBi, N-Vivo, or Atlas Ti.
• Produce high-quality research reports that meet the client's specifications.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Economics, Statistics, or Management.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong command of written and verbal English with excellent grammar.
• Proven ability to communicate and present complex ideas clearly.
• Technical skills in research methodology and data software (SPSS, STATA, R, or Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
