Suvita
Suvita is an impact-driven, evidence-based nonprofit focused on increasing uptake of routine childhood vaccinations in India. They run two rigorously tested programs: training local opinion leaders as vaccination advocates and sending personalised SMS reminders to caregivers. Since 2019, they have reached over 40 lakh families, enabling an estimated 84,000 children to become fully vaccinated. They are partners with government health departments in Maharashtra and Bihar.
Role
Suvita is looking for a Research Analyst to generate high-quality data and insights that will guide their scale-up strategy in India. You will apply research skills to real-world challenges, helping to ensure programmes are effective and cost-efficient.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare datasets for analysis; conduct preliminary statistical analyses using STATA, R, Tableau, etc.
- Assist in designing questionnaires and other research instruments.
- Undertake literature reviews and summarise findings to support senior researchers.
- Provide day-to-day project support, administration, and track deadlines.
- Maintain good folder structures, documentation, and run data quality checks.
- Draft project reports, prepare outputs, and communicate with partners, field teams, or donors as needed.
