Research Analyst - Proposal Development in AMS, Lucknow/Delhi | ₹10.8 LPA

Location: Lucknow/Delhi, India
Experience: 3 years in social sector research or consulting
Compensation: ₹90,000 /month

Role

You will join the Proposal Development Unit to design research studies and write high-quality reports that help solve social challenges and improve public policies.

Responsibilities

• Review the RFP/EoI and create thorough questions to ask during the pre-bid meetings
• Attend the pre-bid meetings to ensure your questions are properly addressed
• Collaborate closely with the Proposal Development Team
• Draft high-quality and appropriately responsive Technical Proposals within tight deadlines.
• Create compelling and engaging Proposal Presentations for the Client

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, Economics, Statistics, or Management.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Strong command of written and verbal English with excellent grammar.
• Proven ability to communicate and present complex ideas clearly.
• Technical skills in research methodology and data software (SPSS, STATA, R, or Power BI).
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
