Role
The Resource Person manages the operational implementation of the scholarship program within a specific zone. This role focuses on overseeing the application lifecycle, managing data, and coordinating between various stakeholders to ensure the program reaches eligible students effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive the day-to-day implementation of the scholarship program across assigned operational zones.
- Lead specific administrative processes including application management and stakeholder engagement.
- Anchor and support a team of scholarship support members to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Organise and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and field-level activities for applicants and partners.
- Document process notes, summaries, and impact reports for internal and external review.
- Contribute domain knowledge to refine the program's sub-verticals and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline from a reputed institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations, coordination, or service-oriented sectors such as development, banking, or BPO.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data handling and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Strong ability to handle and interpret large volumes of information and data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in at least one regional language, such as Kannada, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, or Odia.
