Role
You will serve as the vital link between our community health programs and government health centers. Your mission is to support frontline health workers and improve how local clinics serve vulnerable families.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with Medical Officers and frontline workers like ASHAs and ANMs to solve service delivery hurdles.
- Coordinate capacity-building sessions to strengthen health services for the urban poor.
- Manage assessments to identify gaps in community health programs.
- Support the improvement of patient care quality and referral systems at local health facilities.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure government benefits reach the community.
Requirements
- Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working directly with public health systems.
- Full-time commitment to a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) in field locations.
- Fluency in speaking and writing both Kannada and English.
- Strong ability to build relationships with government officials and community members.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data tracking.
- Resilience and a deep desire to serve underserved urban populations.
