Role
A dedicated field leader responsible for driving urban welfare programs across multiple community clusters to improve local lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead urban program implementation across 1 to 4 assigned community clusters.
- Coordinate supportive supervision for coordinators managing welfare rights, children, youth, and elderly centers.
- Manage weekly center visits to provide operational feedback and resolve community issues.
- Facilitate capacity building sessions and identify training gaps for field staff.
- Organize monthly and fortnightly review meetings with city-level coordinators and partners.
- Oversee the rollout and daily stabilization of MIS systems for accurate data collection.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and project documentation as required.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of experience in a civil society organization at the grassroots level.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English to communicate with diverse communities.
- Proven experience using MIS systems for program tracking.
- Working knowledge of basic budgeting and interpreting utilization certificates.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and mentor cluster teams.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler and a willingness to travel extensively within the city daily.
