Role
Lead MAD’s retail fundraising, powering a movement to end poverty by building a sustainable donor pipeline through innovative campaigns and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement retail fundraising strategies targeting individual and small donors to meet annual goals.
- Plan and execute engaging digital campaigns, donor outreach, and community activations.
- Balance short-term campaign needs with long-term growth of the donor pipeline.
- Define and lead the organisation’s fundraising voice across social media, creating compelling content and visual assets that inspire action.
- Develop scalable playbooks and standardised processes for retail fundraising, enabling replication across all chapters while maintaining quality.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using data insights to optimise strategy and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and chapters to share fundraising best practices and build organisation-wide capacity.
- Stay updated on fundraising trends and digital platforms to embed innovation and scale impact sustainably.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years’ experience in retail fundraising, nonprofit, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in leading digital fundraising campaigns and donor reporting.
- Proficient with CRM software, donor analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong project management, communication, and storytelling skills.
