Role
As a School Coordinator, you will be the main link between our foundation and local schools, ensuring our educational programs reach students effectively and solve real classroom challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program implementation by coordinating daily activities with school staff.
- Manage relationships with teachers and principals to keep our programs running smoothly.
- Coordinate ground-level activities and provide active support during field visits.
- Manage resources and materials needed for successful program execution.
- Monitor student progress and create detailed reports on program impact.
- Support training sessions for educators and maintain organized project files.
- Solve logistical problems quickly to keep the mission on track.
Requirements
- 1 year of professional experience in coordination or field operations.
- Candidates from Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune only
- Proficiency in local languages (Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati) and basic English.
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
