Role

The Senior Associate, Fundraising, is responsible for bringing in new donors and managing existing partnerships. The goal is to secure the resources needed to keep our schools running while ensuring our supporters feel connected to the impact they are making.

Responsibilities

  • Find and research new potential partners including CSR wings, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Create clear and compelling proposals that show how a donor’s support changes lives.
  • Manage a portfolio of current donors, keeping them updated and involved through school visits and regular meetings.
  • Write high-quality impact reports that include both data and real-life stories from our students.
  • Work closely with the finance and program teams to ensure all legal and donor-related paperwork (MOUs) is accurate and on time.
  • Organise meaningful volunteering activities for corporate partners to engage with our students and teachers.
  • Keep all donor records and financial projections updated in the system.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • 2–3 years of experience specifically in fundraising or managing CSR partnerships.
  • Excellent storytelling and relationship-building skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data and creating professional reports.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with high ownership.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (Email, Word, Excel, and reporting software).
