IT for Change
IT for Change is seeking a senior, hands-on technology professional to join our team. This role is essential in supporting internal organizational needs and configuring platforms that are critical to communities, civil society organizations, and public systems, aligning with our vision of a just digital society.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technology leadership alongside other senior team members.
- Co-manage IT for Change's cloud infrastructure, including self-hosted applications for various functions (mail, CMS, LMS, MediaWiki, Moodle, project management, multimedia, HR, and Financial Accounting).
- Customize applications and CMS features to meet project requirements.
- Conduct research and development on platforms and tools, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Contribute expertise to organizational media campaigns.
- Support the implementation and configuration of applications and platforms for organizational partners.
- Participate in advocacy events, with opportunities to attend and present at national and international forums.
- Design and implement projects related to digital (artificial) intelligence.
- Handle installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting of software applications.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the digital technology life cycle, including system architecture, design, development, and implementation.
- Strong technical skills in developing technical architecture and design.
- Experience in development methodologies and technology platforms.
- A strong interest in public policy.
- Coding and software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- Proven ability to manage people, resources, and action plans effectively.
