Role
You will be Conducting research to identify and pursue new opportunities to establish partnerships with private companies and government agencies and win their CSR funds for Vision Access Programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support fundraising and CSR engagement initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with corporate partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Develop proposals, presentations, and communication material for partnerships
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of fundraising goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with programme impact
- Represent the organisation professionally with external partners
Requirements
- Experience or strong exposure to fundraising, CSR engagement, or the social sector
- In-depth understanding of social impact practices and partnership building
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and open to continuous learning
- Ability to deliver targets with accuracy and within timelines
- Willingness to be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra
