About the Role
As a Senior Lead, Data Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable and reliable data systems that support analytics, AI/ML-driven features, and A/B testing. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and security, while also mentoring the data team to enhance their expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable and reliable data systems, including pipelines, cloud architecture, and storage solutions.
- Design systems that support A/B testing, rapid experimentation, and AI/ML model integration.
- Work with program delivery, design, and platform teams to develop data models and analytics solutions.
- Implement data quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regional data governance and security regulations.
- Support data analysts in building and maintaining dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
- Lead, mentor, and build capacity within the data team, fostering technical expertise and best practices.
