Role

The Senior Lead Enabler – Strategy is a leadership position designed to guide both our programs and our organization. You will act as a bridge between big ideas and real-world action. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is comfortable with change, enjoys working closely with founders, and has the patience to navigate complex government systems to create meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Turn agreements with governments and NGOs into real action by creating 6–12 month roadmaps and high-quality project documents.
Support donor communications and help tell the story of our impact through evidence-based reporting and branding.
Design and test new pilot projects to see what works best, balancing creative ideas with careful documentation.
Help teams move from just "doing tasks" to "thoughtful planning" by visualizing solutions and improving project design.
Foster a workplace of learning and reflection, ensuring our team grows together in a supportive environment.

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or research, ideally within the education or disability sectors.
Experience working with government bodies or large-scale social programs is highly preferred.
Fluent in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong technical skills in data interpretation, report writing, and professional presentation tools.
High emotional maturity, patience for slow-moving systems, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Strong soft skills in leadership, cultural sensitivity, and networking.

Monthly salary of Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1,25,000.
