Role
A high-energy leadership position focused on securing CSR partnerships and private grants to scale vision access programs across India.
Responsibilities
- Lead research to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with private companies and government agencies.
- Coordinate networking efforts at conferences and seminars to identify high-potential revenue and grant partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold-calling and initial outreach to negotiating and closing win-win deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and grant activities within the CRM system.
- Strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnership loyalty.
- Monitor project deliverables alongside execution teams to ensure clients receive timely updates on social impact.
- Facilitate MOU renewals and payment collections while managing client expectations and feedback.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in business development and fundraising.
- Fluency in English and Hindi with exceptional presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Strong B2B concept selling skills and the ability to negotiate with top-level corporate leaders.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Revenue/Grant Force) to track and manage partner data.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.
- High standards of ethics, personal integrity, and a proactive, self-motivated work style.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time within India.
