Position: Senior Lead, Machine Learning Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI systems from concept to deployment, leveraging state-of-the-art models to analyze conversational data.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to align AI-driven innovations with product goals.
- Implement A/B testing to refine AI models for user engagement, product outcomes, and efficiency.
- Develop scalable pipelines and systems to deploy AI models efficiently.
- Establish frameworks to monitor and evaluate AI model performance.
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Document research findings, methodologies, and technical specifications for cross-team knowledge sharing.
