Role
The Program Associate supports the implementation and management of digital advisory programs. The role involves coordinating between various teams to ensure that project milestones are met and that the digital services are delivered effectively to the target beneficiaries.
Responsibilities
- Support the day to day operations of digital programs, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with the research and data science teams to integrate evidence-based insights into program design.
- Draft reports, presentations, and program updates for internal leadership and external partners.
- Help manage relationships with government agencies and partner organizations to facilitate program scaling.
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of program activities to track user engagement and service effectiveness.
- Contribute to the preparation of grant proposals and donor reporting requirements.
- Participate in field visits to understand user needs and collect feedback for service improvement.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a program management or research coordination role.
- Experience working with data-driven projects or digital platforms in the development sector.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to summarize complex information for different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office software and basic data management tools.
