Role

A strategic leadership role focused on using data to refine and scale the "graduation approach." You will bridge the gap between complex data and program implementation, ensuring that every insight helps move households out of poverty more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing analytics team to drive data-driven impact across the Economic Inclusion Program.
• Define success metrics for pilots and program initiatives in partnership with product teams.
• Analyse data to uncover key trends and actionable insights that inform high-level decisions.
• Design and implement rapid test-and-learn pilots to improve program scalability.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Impact, and National Partnerships to align data initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to embed analytical thinking into program design and iterations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in product strategy, consulting, or data analytics.
• Written and spoken fluency in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in data tools and scripting languages such as SQL and Python.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Growth mindset with the ability to learn and pivot based on new field constraints.
• Problem-solving mindset dedicated to addressing large-scale social issues.
• Willingness to travel to and stay in deep rural areas to understand ground realities.
