About the Role
Job Title: Senior Manager, Data and Integration

The Senior Manager, Data and Integration, will oversee the management, development, and delivery of enterprise data and reporting requirements. This role involves defining data strategies, maintaining architecture artifacts, and ensuring alignment with IT standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the data strategy and architecture artefacts.
- Monitor trends in the sector, technology, and regulatory environment.
- Assess the data and analytics landscape across Trusts.
- Develop target data architecture including data models, MDM, and AI/ML strategies.
- Review solution designs for alignment with information guidelines and standards.
- Ensure well-defined IT standards and processes are adhered to.
- Manage relationships with functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide inputs for annual IT planning.
- Troubleshoot and debug application-based issues and integrations.
- Maintain high-quality documentation.
Key Stakeholders
- Internal: Users of Trusts IT systems, the larger IT Team, and other internal functions.
- External: Partners delivering IT services for the Trusts.
Job Specifications
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehouse design, BI reporting, and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, and databases like Snowflake and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with big data and analytics tools like R, Python, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of systems and solutions in the non-profit sector is desirable.
Competencies & Skills
- Problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and customization requests.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience
10–12 years of relevant IT experience, including delivering projects on data analytics and insights.
Experience with SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
Qualifications
- BE / BTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience is also considered.
