Role

This role involves leading the development and execution of a fundraising strategy to secure resources from CSR initiatives, institutional donors, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). You will be responsible for driving the sustainable financial growth of the organisation's mission.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a fundraising strategy to achieve annual and long term financial goals.
Identify, build relationships with, and secure funding from CSR, foundations, trusts, and HNIs.
Lead the creation of high quality grant proposals, concept notes, and presentations for different donors.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with CSR leaders and institutional donors to secure multi year commitments.
Ensure timely and accurate donor reports, including financial updates and impact assessments.
Lead, mentor, and grow the fundraising team to achieve its goals.
Represent the organisation at high profile forums, CSR events, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in fundraising, business development, or donor relations, preferably in the non profit or social sector.
A proven track record of securing large grants from CSR, institutional, or international sources and managing high value donor relationships.
Experience in corporate fundraising, engaging with HNIs, and grant writing with a high success rate.
Prior experience in leading and mentoring fundraising teams.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
