Role
Assistant Manager – Fundraising (CSR & Institutional Partnerships) responsible for securing corporate partnerships, driving fundraising goals, and strengthening long-term funding relationships for programme sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Drive corporate fundraising efforts with a mix of multi-year and annual partnerships
- Identify, pitch to, and onboard new corporate and institutional partners
- Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term engagement and renewals
- Coordinate with programme teams to design funding proposals and partnership solutions
- Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and stewardship for all partners
- Support employee engagement and volunteering initiatives with partner organisations
- Track fundraising pipelines, conversions, and partnership performance
- Strengthen internal fundraising systems, processes, and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience with Grassroots Fundraising
- Experience in WASH, climate action or disaster-related fundraising.
- Strong relationship-building, pitching, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CSR, institutional donors, or corporate accounts is an advantage
- Graduate degree, postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and CRM or tracking tools
- Self-driven, organised, and outcome-oriented
