About The Role
This role is tailored for a retired Armed Forces Officer with 15-20 years of professional experience. The position is ideal for those who have demonstrated leadership in IT Infrastructure, especially those who have experience managing networks and systems at a strategic level.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 15-20 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 5-10 years managing IT infrastructure and networks. Ideally, candidates should have 2-5 years of corporate experience in a senior leadership role within IT infrastructure. However, newly retired officers with directly relatable military experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals. Strong experience in strategic planning and leadership is essential.
- Technical Oversight: Responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other systems.
- Disaster Recovery: Experience in developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: The role requires collaboration with other IT and business units to ensure effective service delivery. Additionally, mentoring and developing the IT infrastructure team will be a key responsibility.
- Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing IT infrastructure budgets in coordination with global partners.
