Role
The Senior Manager of IT Platforms & Infrastructure ensures that the organization’s technology systems are stable, secure, and ready to grow. You will oversee the digital backbone of the organization, managing how applications are built, deployed, and protected to support our mission on the ground.
Responsibilities
- Manage organization-wide IT applications, infrastructure, and networks across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Lead application management, including CI/CD pipelines, system deployments, and software integrations.
- Ensure high system availability, scalability, and performance to meet business needs.
- Oversee cybersecurity controls, data backups, disaster recovery (DR), and DPDP compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors, cloud providers, and internal teams to plan and deliver tech solutions.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Guide and mentor the internal IT team to align technology services with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BCA), or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, specifically in application architecture and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, system hardening, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Proficiency in managing complex IT operations and large-scale digital integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical vendors and non-technical business teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and grow an internal IT department.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and commitment to social impact.
