Role

The Senior Manager for the National Program Management Unit (NPMU) focuses on the Economic Inclusion Program (EIP) and its tech-product integration. In this role, you will lead the alignment between national policies and digital solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our tech products are integrated into government systems effectively, acting as the primary link between the central government ministries and our technical product teams to scale impact nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Position the tech product as the National MIS for Economic Inclusion programs across various central ministries.
  • Translate complex program and policy priorities into actionable technical requirements for the product development team.
  • Manage the handover and integration of tech products into government servers, ensuring compliance with data security and DPDP standards.
  • Serve as the main interface between central government stakeholders and the Sarathi product team, representing the organization in national committees.
  • Coordinate with NRLM and SRLMs to plan and execute tech product rollouts across new states.
  • Create and distribute training materials and messaging to ensure field operation teams can use the product effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale projects; direct experience with government stakeholders is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and modern project management tools.
  • Strong soft skills in communication, leadership, and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced, changing work environment.
