Role
This role sits at the intersection of technology, policy, and national impact. You will lead the tech product strategy for the Economic Inclusion Program, positioning the "Sarathi" platform as the national management system for poverty alleviation. Acting as the bridge between the central government and the product team, you will ensure the technology aligns with national policy priorities and is successfully adopted across ministries.
Responsibilities
- Position the tech product as the National MIS for graduation programs across central ministries.
- Translate program and policy priorities into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
- Manage the handover and integration of tech infrastructure, including servers and compliance, to government bodies.
- Lead national-level discussions with ministries and state partners to align expectations.
- Oversee the rollout of the tech product to new states, managing dependencies with government stakeholders like NRLM.
- Create training materials and define messaging to support the launch and adoption of the product.
- Plan for the "go-live" phase and provide ongoing support for field operation teams across states.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management or project management.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects is essential.
- Prior experience working with the government is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate relationships with diverse partners and ministries.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus.
