About the Role
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Udhyam is seeking an experienced professional with strong organisational and problem-solving skills to lead and standardise the matchmaking process on their online platform. This role focuses on connecting rural entrepreneurs (solution seekers) with service providers (consultants, experts, and other providers). The role is a mix of individual contribution (70%) and team management (30%).
Key Responsibilities:
Solution and Knowledge Management:
- Gain a deep understanding of the platform's diverse service providers and their solutions.
- Standardise solutions into an easy-to-use template for entrepreneurs.
- Build and maintain relationships with providers to ensure high-quality service and user satisfaction.
- Develop and implement knowledge management practices, incorporating user feedback.
Training and Education:
- Develop training materials to educate both solution seekers and providers on best platform practices.
- Prepare user roadmaps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Team Management:
- Lead a small team managing user engagement, matchmaking solutions, and monitoring platform activities.
- Oversee team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in consulting, research, customer relationship management (CRM), or similar roles, preferably on online platforms.
- Rural Entrepreneurship Knowledge: Understanding of rural entrepreneurs' challenges and the resources available to support them.
- Communication: Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (entrepreneurs, consultants, internal teams).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Problem Solving: A knack for connecting the dots and solving problems creatively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and using technology to streamline processes.
- Leadership: Experience managing small teams is essential.
