Role

A mid-senior leadership position dedicated to transforming early childhood education across Rajasthan by building high-performing teams and strengthening government partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead the state wide implementation of educational programs to improve learning outcomes for young children.
Coordinate with state and district government stakeholders to create sustainable education policies.
Manage a team of 2-4 program managers, focusing on their recruitment, training, and professional growth.
Translate field data into actionable insights and clear milestones for the team.
Build strong relationships with Anganwadi workers, parents, and local officials through regular field visits.
Oversee weekly updates, quarterly reports, and all internal communication protocols.
Facilitate a culture of safety, goal setting, and continuous learning within the Rajasthan team.

Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience in managing large-scale programs, preferably in the development sector.
Fluency in Hindi and English to communicate effectively with government officials and community members.
Advanced skills in using data to drive decisions and proficiency in basic computer applications like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor teams and manage diverse projects.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
