We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Software Engineer (SSE) specializing in knowledge graphs to lead our technical team. This pivotal role will shape the technological landscape, particularly in developing frameworks for knowledge graph creation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data-driven technologies, including AI, ontologies, large language models (LLMs), and agentic approaches, to drive our cutting-edge legal-tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Strategy:
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that harnesses the power of knowledge graphs, AI, ontologies, agentic models, Graph RAG, and LLMs.
- Align technology initiatives with business goals, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
- Software Development Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end software development processes, from requirements gathering to deployment of Graph RAG solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration to enhance the developer experience and create more deterministic information systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Integrate advanced analytics and AI capabilities into customer-facing platforms.
- Technology Trends and Budget Management:
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends in the knowledge graph and AI space.
- Efficiently manage the technology budget to ensure timely project delivery of the basic Knowledge Graph Creation framework.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in the technology industry, preferably with large datasets in databases like Neo4J, Nebula, and MongoDB.
- Extensive software development experience, with proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, Django, Cypher, and GraphQL.
- Exposure to ML/NLP and Generative AI applications, with a preference for candidates who have experience training LLMs.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing platforms.
