About The Role
Location: Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and design researchers to gather and assess user requirements.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to develop a deep understanding of end-users, generate user personas and scenarios.
- Design interaction flows, UI mockups, and low-fidelity prototypes while considering technical feasibility.
- Present designs, wireframes, and prototypes to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Defend design decisions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine design solutions.
- Identify and resolve UX-related problems.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience as a web/mobile designer.
- Educational background in interaction design (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma) is an advantage.
- Experience designing for users from diverse backgrounds, preferably including rural or underprivileged groups.
- A keen eye for aesthetics including layout, grids, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
