Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photos.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and implement effective social media strategies to boost online presence.
- Website Management: Oversee website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for SEO.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with the online community, fostering strong relationships.
- Intern Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to interns, helping them grow their skills.
Required Skills
- Editing Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Canva, Capcut, and Adobe Creative Cloud for video, graphic, and photo editing.
- Content Writing: Strong writing skills with a solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Social Media Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and Communication: Ability to think creatively and communicate effectively.
- Social Sector Experience: Experience in the social sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
Work Hours
- Flexible Schedule: 20 hours per week with flexibility, mainly remote with occasional in-person meetings.
Experience Required
- Experience Range: 2-7 years in content creation and social media management.
