Vowels of the People Association is a non-profit company. We strive to provides Joyous, meaningful education with self-respect and equal opportunity to underserved school children via the V-School teaching-learning system and NIPUN Maharashtra for SCERT with a reach of 60L students. Till now we
have reached more than 30 lakh school students in Maharashtra via V-School.
We created V-School - a free mobile App to supplement school learning for grade 1st to 10th students. The app is an open technology ecosystem for all education stakeholders. We also drive digital transformation for other non-profits, such as Parivartan Trust-through app MYCA, a Mental Health Ecosystem.
Our App has been downloaded 16 lakh times from Google play store. We work at the intersection of Education and Governance systems with ability to scale nationwide. We work with various district education departments and now officially with SCERT. More than 6 IAS officers have appreciated our
work. We have been supported by Unltd India, Edumentum, and ACT Grants.

About the Role

Location: Kothrud, Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and streamline software engineering processes alongside AI/ML developers.
Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure applications scale effectively while maintaining responsiveness.
Design and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
Manage and scale secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/self-hosted environments).
Develop robust backend systems, preferably using Python and Django.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines following DevOps and security best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver innovative solutions.
