Role
Join the Shared Platforms team to manage and configure digital health platforms across India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Nepal. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance features, resolve technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IVR and WhatsApp systems for patients and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage platforms for India, including IVR systems and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Work with product and engineering teams to test new features and improve platforms.
- Make custom changes to platforms based on team requirements.
- Solve technical problems quickly, track bugs, and document solutions to minimise downtime.
- Train internal teams on using digital tools and create user guides.
- Analyse program data and create reports and charts to show key results.
- Create special reports and dashboards as needed by the team.
- Stay updated on government regulations that might affect the platforms.
- Handle invoices and payments for different platforms and find new vendors.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working in a company with a digital product or service.
- Good knowledge of web development and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Skilled in building, hosting, and maintaining APIs or improving code.
- Experience with user acceptance testing and planning software releases.
- Familiar with tech concepts like APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methods.
- Experience setting up and customising SaaS platforms.
- Ability to find and fix API performance issues, debug code, and understand system logs.
- Can respond quickly to solve system downtime issues.
- Experience with SQL, Kubernetes, and deployment strategies is preferred.
