About the Role
DIC is inviting applications for the position of Sr. Consultant / Data Lead (Big Data and Analyst) on a contractual/consolidated basis for the Poshan Tracker project.

Responsibilities
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with teams to build data and Big Data solutions.
- Present progress and findings to stakeholders.
- Support central and state decision-makers in making informed decisions.
- Build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques.
- Implement automated anomaly detection systems and monitor performance based on program KPIs.
- Design and build optimized data pipelines using cloud technologies.
- Work with Product and Business Managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Develop algorithms and prototypes to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Architect and maintain database pipelines, ensuring AI/ML readiness.
- Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modelling.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Interpret data trends to set up operational alerts.
- Apply programming and problem-solving skills to develop scalable solutions.
Required Skillset
- Proficiency in Power BI, AWS QuickSight, or Tableau (mandatory).
- Strong collaboration skills for building data solutions.
- Ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, DBMS, Data Warehousing, etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience in government projects is desirable.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- Understanding of AI/ML and making data AI-ready for trend prediction.
