Role
A leadership-driven role focused on securing and managing high-level funding collaborations. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of donor relationships, from lead generation to impact reporting, ensuring our projects are well-funded and our partners are deeply engaged.
Responsibilities
- Lead donor acquisition and develop new B2B partnerships with domestic and international institutions.
- Manage the full process of lead generation, pitching, and onboarding for funding collaborations.
- Act as the lead account manager for large-scale collaborations to nurture lasting relationships.
- Oversee program progress and fund utilization to ensure alignment with MoUs and donor expectations.
- Lead funding allocations and make critical financial and programmatic decisions regarding grants.
- Analyze costs and budgets to ensure efficiency in program spending.
- Organize regular project reviews and monitor implementation progress.
- Support the communications team with data and stories for social media and donor-specific campaigns.
- Maintain updated trackers for MOUs, proposals, and donor databases.
- Ensure timely and transparent reporting to donors with a positive narrative of impact.
- Manage career frameworks and growth for team members based on skill and fit.
Requirements
- Experience in Program or Donor Management within the social development space (Foundations/NGOs).
- Proven track record in securing funding from various streams and managing grants.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, data analytics, and financial research.
- Strong networking and relationship-building orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and a passion for success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional writing skills.
- Ability to drive complex projects within strict timelines.
- Experience in consulting or data-driven decision-making is preferred.
