About the Role
The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading complex AI/ML projects from concept to deployment. This role requires not only a deep technical understanding but also the ability to navigate diverse project ecosystems and align them with client objectives. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on projects for central/state governments or PSUs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project frameworks using AI/ML to tackle complex client challenges.
- Participate in ideation sessions, assessing the technical feasibility of client ideas with a hands-on coding approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine AI/ML models.
- Translate business needs into technical strategies for advanced AI/ML architectures.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure best practices in machine learning, data management, and software development.
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation.
- Work closely with the Head of Incubation Centre (CTO of WGDT) to align solutions with organisational goals.
- Assess the business impact of technical choices.
Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, ML, or a related field.
Experience:
- 10-15 years in total, with at least 7 years in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale AI/ML projects from ideation to production.
- Strong skills in Python, R, or relevant languages; proficient with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiar with cloud platforms and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Knowledge of data governance, AI ethics, and data privacy in ML models.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with mentoring capability.
- Experience in startup or incubation environments is a plus.
