About the Role
You will support the design and delivery of STEM-related content for TAP’s flagship WhatsApp Chatbot, TAP Buddy, which offers electives like Visual and Performing Arts, Coding, STEM, and Financial Literacy. You’ll be responsible for executing and supporting the curriculum, managing stakeholders, and driving program success.
Location: Pune/Mumbai OR Remote (with monthly visits)
Time Commitment: Full Time
Reporting to: Curriculum Manager
Compensation: ₹3.80 - 5.10 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Design and create online/offline content (videos, scripts, lesson plans) for students.
- Facilitate training sessions for TAP facilitators/mentors on delivering the STEM curriculum via TAP Buddy.
- Ensure all program content aligns with TAP’s vision of building leadership skills.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to effectively implement the curriculum through TAP Buddy.
Stakeholder Management
- Troubleshoot issues faced by schools/mentors in implementing programs.
- Support consultants with video production and ensure timely submissions.
Curriculum Management
- Assist the Curriculum Manager in curating up-to-date, relevant STEM (Coding and Science) content and contextualizing it for TAP programs.
- Organize content into structured lesson plans that follow industry best practices in pedagogy and behavior management.
- Analyze the outcomes of the STEM curriculum and present insights to the team quarterly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field, with a passion for STEM.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience or fellowships.
- Experience in STEM fields or working with children is a plus.
Skills
- Experience with video editing tools (added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
