Role

Seeking for a business leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale skilling initiatives across India, and successfully engaging with multiple stakeholders such as Government bodies, vocational education & skill development institutes and employers. The individual should demonstrate strong capabilities in identifying, launching, and scaling new business opportunities while ensuring tangible outcomes and outputs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage national skilling initiatives end-to-end
Drive both supply and demand side of the skilling ecosystem at scale
Expand and nurture existing as well as new institutional partnerships
Ensure beneficiary outcomes and outputs are met consistently
Design and implement tech-enabled and scalable business models
Build and manage high-performing teams with strong leadership capabilities
Establish and nurture networks of employers, trainers, and mentors
Engage with government bodies, vocational training providers and other stakeholders
Monitor and measure program performance and outcomes
Travel extensively to support community, institutional, and regional engagements

Requirements

10–15 years of experience in B2C, education, skilling ecosystem or related fields
Deep understanding of the vocational training provider (VTP)/vocational training institute (VTI) ecosystem
Experience working with government agencies and large multi-stakeholder environments
Strong business acumen, strategic and innovative thinking
Data analytics, attention to detail, and outcome measurement skills
Capability in leveraging digital tools and technology for scale
Excellent business development, relationship and account management skills
Ability to make decisions under ambiguity with a strong sense of urgency
Strong team leadership, mentoring and execution discipline
Solid academic background.
