Role

A heart-centered position for individuals ready to mentor underprivileged children through weekend educational activities and creative play.

Responsibilities

• Interact with children in a respectful and joyful manner.
• Facilitate fun learning activities, storytelling, and games.
• Support the coordination of Sunday educational events.
• Act as a positive mentor and role model for every child.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure a safe learning environment.

Requirements

• Enrollment in or completion of a secondary or higher education program.
• No prior experience required, though working with children is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Ability to speak Kannada is a benefit for Bangalore-based volunteers.
• Basic understanding of creative teaching or activity planning.
• Strong communication, leadership, and empathy skills.
• Availability on Sundays for a minimum of two hours.
• Commitment to a two-month duration starting by late March 2026.
