Role
GivingPi seeks a Team Lead – Engagement to strengthen its growing network of philanthropic families. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, curating high-quality experiences, and weaving together networks that inspire collective action in giving. You will work closely with leadership to expand and engage the community, ensuring members feel supported and connected.
Responsibilities
- Shape member engagement pathways based on network insights to deepen their giving journeys.
- Manage a portfolio of relationships with philanthropic families, ensuring trust and long-term partnership.
- Design and execute convenings, events, and bespoke experiences for members.
- Support strategic partnerships and manage collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to operations including reporting, knowledge management, and coordination.
- Collaborate with the communications team to spotlight stories of impact and raise GivingPi’s visibility.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience, preferably in stakeholder engagement, philanthropy, partnerships, or social sector roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Excellent communication skills to craft compelling narratives and sustain trust-based relationships.
- Comfort with research, data and insights to inform engagement strategies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in collaborative environments.
