About the Role
Job Title: Team Leader – Branding & Marketing (Social Media)

Nayi Disha is looking for a Team Leader – Digital Outreach to develop and execute digital marketing strategies. This role will focus on enhancing Nayi Disha’s online presence, community engagement, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
- Lead social media campaigns in collaboration with project managers.
- Maintain and enhance Nayi Disha’s digital presence, ensuring brand consistency.
- Plan and execute live sessions and webinars.
- Create and manage a content calendar with engaging posts, videos, and reels.
- Develop community-driven campaigns like "Everyday Hero" and "Celebrating Caregiver" to highlight real-life stories.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline platforms.
- Assist in creating brand assets, promotional materials, and templates.
- Monitor online reputation and engage effectively with queries, comments, and feedback.
Content Development & Analytics
- Develop engaging content, including videos, for awareness and engagement.
- Optimize content using SEO strategies, hashtags, and keywords.
- Track and analyze social media performance and generate monthly reports.
Website & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive traffic to Nayi Disha’s website using digital marketing strategies.
- Improve SEO and SEM performance for better visibility.
- Collaborate with web developers and content teams for a user-friendly digital experience.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers, bloggers, and stakeholders to strengthen outreach.
Performance Monitoring
- Measure and report the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign ROI and optimize content strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving outreach and engagement.
Desired Profile
Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
- Ability to create engaging content (videos, reels, blogs, graphics).
- Proficiency in social media management tools, Canva, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an empathetic approach.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, branding, and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in the non-profit or social sector is an advantage.
- Experience in donor engagement and reporting is a plus.
