About The Role
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit at Reliance Foundation ensures programs deliver impactful outcomes. The Knowledge Management and MIS team member will support data flow management—collection, analysis, reporting, and storage—and meet GIS-related needs across the Foundation’s program verticals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across programs, ICT, and support units to define requirements and test prototypes for Information Management initiatives.
- Design and implement GIS and information management systems through cloud-based platforms and custom software.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that comply with high-quality data management standards.
- Develop user testing plans, instructional materials, and provide remote or in-person support.
- Ensure Information Management systems are updated with the latest indicators, targets, and results.
- Support the development and maintenance of GIS dashboards for better data analysis presentation.
- Work closely with M&E and program teams to enhance data collection systems and improve coherence and timeliness for reporting.
- Design and review data management systems to prioritize project participants and assist decision-makers.
- Implement data intake, validation, mining, engineering, modeling, and communication processes.
- Develop data automation systems, reporting systems, and dashboards for informed project decisions.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Degree: Technical Degree or Masters in Social Sciences with knowledge of GIS.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Information organization, data analysis, database management, information retrieval, KMS, ZOHO, CRM, cloud computing.
- Additional Certification: GIS-related certification (if applicable).
