About the Role
The role involves managing data flow from collection to analysis, reporting, and storage for easy access across Reliance Foundation’s operations. You will also support GIS-related needs for various program verticals, contributing to enhanced data management and informed decision-making across the Foundation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant teams to define requirements and validate assumptions during the development of Information Management initiatives.
- Design and build GIS and information management systems, primarily using cloud-based platforms, and occasionally developing custom software.
- Prepare technical documentation and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management and information systems.
- Create user testing plans, develop instructional material, and provide user support.
- Ensure Information Management systems are updated with the latest indicators, targets, and results.
- Support GIS dashboards and contribute to data analysis presentation for various program teams.
- Enhance data collection systems for timely and coherent reporting.
- Coordinate the design and review of data management systems to prioritize project participants and support decision-makers.
Outcomes (KPIs)
- Efficient design and implementation of GIS and Information Management systems.
- Timely preparation and rollout of SOPs, ensuring high-quality data practices.
- Enhanced data collection systems supporting program-level and RF-level reporting.
- Development of dashboards to facilitate key project decisions.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Technical Degree or Master’s in Social Sciences with knowledge of GIS
Desired Skills:
- Information Organization, Data Analysis, Database Management
- Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), ZOHO, CRM, Cloud Computing
- Information Retrieval
