Experience: 6+ years in tech roles, with 2-3 years leading teams of 4+ developers.
Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to ensure uptime at scale, and a focus on team well-being.
Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple projects and prioritising effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Cloud expertise, networking, and security.

Technical Expectations

Proficiency in the MERN stack.
Linux administration and AWS cloud operations.
Experience with CI/CD systems, secure networking, and cloud application design.
Expertise in data architecture, analytics, ETL, MongoDB, and relational databases.
Familiarity with developer experience tools.
