About the Role
Location: Delhi/Bangalore
RightWalk is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that support our mission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs for various technology initiatives
- Develop and maintain clear product visions and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for diverse tech projects
- Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users
- Ensure each sprint delivers maximum value to users and the organization
- Conduct regular product reviews and demos
- Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ML) into our platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Experience with technology products in the social impact sector
- Familiarity with the education, skill development, or public policy sectors in India
