About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise product backlogs for various technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear product visions and roadmaps aligned with organisational goals.
• Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for diverse tech projects.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Ensure each sprint delivers maximum value to users and the organisation.
• Conduct regular product reviews and demos.
• Analyse user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Oversee integration of emerging technologies (AI, ML) into our platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience in software development is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with technology products in the social impact sector.
• Familiarity with education, skill development, or public policy sectors in India.
