About The Role
Location: Delhi-NCR/Bangalore
Reports to: Program Manager
Salary: As per experience and organizational norms.
Contract: Fixed-term from March 2025, extendable based on individual performance and program renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and mentor student communities through physical meetings, video conferences, and online forums.
- Facilitate the creativity of participants by showing genuine interest in their ideas, helping them define a Minimum Viable Prototype (MVP), and guiding them hands-on to build it.
- Mentor participants throughout the program’s lifecycle.
- Maintain constant contact with students to understand operational/technical challenges and help resolve them.
- Evaluate the feasibility and quality of student teams at various program stages; approve prototyping expenses.
- Identify and coordinate key industry experts for workshops, webinars, hackathons, and other events.
- Oversee portal development and maintenance, coordinating with external vendors and managing payment processes.
- Conduct research on new and emerging technology areas.
- Manage the replenishment process: track projected spends, ensure timely availability of funds for cohort teams/vendors, and oversee proper reporting and budget utilization.
Required Skills & Knowledge (Preferable)
- Experience in building mobile/web apps, IoT platforms, REST APIs, networking, and security.
- Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma/XD) and full-stack development (Flutter, Django, MERN/MEAN).
- Familiarity with state management (Bloc/Redux) and Python libraries.
- Experience in Data Science will be given special consideration.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Automated Testing, and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to oversee portal work, resolve bugs, and manage payment processes.
- Passion for innovation and helping other makers/innovators.
- Strong communication skills in writing, conversation, and presentations.
- Traits: Motivator, facilitator, self-driven, empathetic, flexible, and high integrity.
- Start-up mindset with interest in the start-up and investor ecosystem.
- Familiarity with technological trends and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
