Experience Level: 8+ years (with 5+ years specializing in Flutter or React Native)

Your Role
As the Technical Lead - Mobile App Development, you will play a crucial role in the success of our mobile app. You will lead a talented team of developers, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to create a high-quality, user-friendly application that stands out in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and support your development team, ensuring high standards and best practices are followed.
- Develop and Implement: Use your expertise in Flutter or React Native to build and deploy our app on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.
- Architect and Design: Design the app's technical architecture and interfaces to ensure scalability and robustness.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application, and address any issues or bugs that arise.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our app remains competitive.
What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in Flutter or React Native: Proficiency in Flutter with Dart, or React Native with JavaScript, well versed in mobile app development.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, with good leadership and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Git, JSON, RESTful APIs, and mobile application testing methodologies.
- Design Skills: Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI components.
- Passion for Mental Health: A deep passion for meditation, mental health, and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Experience with B2C Products: Experience working on large-scale B2C products is essential.
